Our Bereavement Program explores and supports people as they navigate their recent or past losses. We all need support to help us through what are usually the most painful times of our lives. The 100 Mile Hospice Bereavement Program offers valuable support to our community. You or someone you know may have even taken part in one of our programs.
We offer resources and support to our community. These include:
- Education – what is grief, loss and mourning
- Grief Support – one on one visits, support groups, supporting by telephone
- Volunteers supporting Bereavement Clients
- Community Programs – 6 week Grief Support Group, BC Bereavement Day, 4 week Art of Grieving Support Group, Hospice Winter Walk
- Resources like handouts, books, DVDs
- Volunteer Training
- Memory Tree
We would like to offer new programs as well.
